A historic redesign of this charming restaurant in a 20th-century villa in Jurmala, Latvia’s summer destination by the Baltic Sea. The renovation involved restoring authentic wooden features of the building’s facade and interior, and emphasizing its art nouveau heritage through decorative floor tiles, wallpaper, textiles and modernist furnishings.
